Possible STDs from 1 encounter

Ok. so here it goes...

Day 0: I made a very big mistake. Had unprotected oral followed by protected sex with a prostitute. I was disgusted enough when I got home that I went strait to the shower and poured 70% alcohol on my genitals and then took a shower. (yes it burns, but I just wanted her off of me).
Day 1: Burning and redness on tip of penis near urethra. Mostly occurring after peeing. Also burning sensation on the underside of penis.
Day 2-5: Symptoms did not alleviate. Tried OTC Lotrimin AF (Clotrimazole 1%) for days 3 & 4. Didn't seem to be helping so I stopped (plus I felt the symptoms didn't align).
Day 6: Symptoms finally starting to reduce but not entirely. Scheduled an appointment with a doc.
Day 7: Talked to doctor (which didn't help). Doctor didn't want to inspect the area. I convinced her to order an STD test anyway which covered gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV (In hindsight maybe this wasn't helpful at 7 days, but I figure it's better to catch something early if I can). The doctor also told me herpes is not big deal and that they didn't test for it? I disagreed, but whatever.
Day 8: I noticed a small group of bumps on the underside of my penis where it burns. They are so small you can really only see them when stretching the skin. I wouldn't think much of them except they happen to be where it hurts.
Day 9-14: Symptoms seemed to remain the same. Some days I would think it was getting better, then the next it would be back to the way it was.
Day 15: Didn't hear back from my results so called the doctor. All results were negative.
Day 16: Getting annoyed and wanting an answer, I scheduled another appointment with a urologist. He couldn't see me for another week.
Day 17-22: Symptoms remained the same. Masturbation definitely made it worse for a couple of days.
Day 23: Urologist ran urine sample to check for UTI. I'm not sure what exactly was tested for. It only took about 15 minutes to come back and was negative. He also inspected the area and said I didn't show any classic signs of fungal infection and didn't really seem concerned with the spots I thought were an issue. Ok... so what's wrong with me? He recommended I see a dermatologist.
Day 24: No change.
Day 25: I noticed what seemed like very minor chaffing between my legs and groin. It went away in a few days.
Day 26-32: Symptoms remained the same. Some days better, some worse.
Day 33: Went to see dermatologist. He inspected the area, specifically the location I found the bumps. He said that it looked like friction burn and prescribed desonide ointment .05%. At this point the burning in my urethra had almost stopped so I entertained the possibility. I used the ointment for the next 7 days and refrained from any activities. I did actually start to notice some improvement. I don't think the ointment really made a difference though.
Day 41: At work I got out of a chair to walk and noticed a sharp pain in my left leg. Similar to the feeling right after a bee sting. Upon inspection I noticed a single bump on my inner thigh even with my scrotum. It was very painful to the touch, but really resembled a pimple more than anything. It didn't appear to have any fluid. Normally I would think it was just a pimple, but with everything going on and the level of pain, it concerned me. As I was driving home I noticed a tingling feeling in my butt and perineum area. This could have been in my head because I was thinking about herpes after finding the bump.
Day 42: I decided to skip the doc and go to a lab to at least help my anxiety. I ordered a full STD panel with blood and urine: Rapid Plasma Reagin (syphilis), HSV-1 & HSV-2 IGG Elisa, Hep B surface antigen, Hep C virus antibody, gonorrhea & chlamydia amplified Prob, HIV 1 & 2 AG and AB 4th gen with reflex.
Day 43: Chaffing returned. This time much worse and non stop burning. I noticed a few dots in the most painful areas. All of which seemed to be at hair follicles and were small. They also seem to heal in a few days. None of them were in a group touching together like herpes pictures I have seen.
Day 44: I spent a lot of time walking outside so the chaffing became more of a problem.
Day 45: I got a very bad headache and sore throat (Don't think this is related to my issue. My family has a cold virus or something with the same symptoms). I took 400mg Ibuprofen. Helped the headache a little. 2 hours later I took another 400 and the headache was gone.
Day 46: Chaffing still an issue. The pain seems to be all around my groin but not actually on my genitals. Also seem to be having some pain around the belt line. Movement seems to make it worse and clothing touching it makes it sting. It's almost like a constant feeling of sunburn in the area.
Day 47: Results back: All tests negative: HSV-1: 0.05 HSV-2: 0.08. I masturbated this night and afterwards felt a tingling feeling in my right leg near my groin that lasted for maybe 5 seconds and never returned. It was enough to scare me.
Day 48 (Today): Slight burning in urethra near meatus is back. Underside of penis is also feeling irritated again and the bumps seem to be a little larger. Maybe I did something in my sleep when I wasn't aware or it could be the masturbation from the night before. Chaffing is about 90% better. I noticed some more spots on my legs that have the same pain feeling if I touch them. They are about halfway between my groin and my knees. Honestly, I could just be going crazy at this point. I have lost 12 lbs over this period of time, most likely due to anxiety and my loss of appetite.

Also, I should note that I took Azythromycin from day 42 to 47. I had some left over from a previous sinus infection a few months back. I took 500mg day 1 followed by 4 days of 250mg. I know I shouldn't be self medicating, but at this point I figured what the hell maybe if it's an NGU I can cure it.

So all of that and here are my questions. How reliable are the results from tests at day 42 (6 weeks)? Should I still entertain the possibility of herpes? I've read a lot about atypical hsv having symptoms similar to mine. I'm pretty sure I can rule out HIV, but I'll run another test at 12 weeks for piece of mind. All the others I think are definitive. If this isn't herpes, then what is it? Could the bumps on the underside of my penis be HPV? and would that cause my other symptoms as well?

Thanks for taking the time to read all of this. I know It's a lot.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Here are some pics of the problems I was talking about. The chafing was worse before but you can still see it here:

Here are the bumps on the underside of the penis that have been there for a while:

and the other red spots which are getting better:

Your bumps and rash could certainly be herpes. Typical hermetic symptoms are sometimes accompanied by body symptoms such as sore muscles, swollen lymphnodes, etc. Despite what you will read on the internet, if you are a person who has herpes outbreaks (common to have the virus with no outbreaks), a practicing OBGYN or GP will tell you that herpes always hurts. It's pretty unmistakable. They are blisters/bumps/sores that itch like hell at first and then hurt like hell after.

You are probably fine on your HIV status, but if you want to make certain, you don't have to wait, you can get an early detection test. That along with your precious negative results would be more than enough to be confident in the result. Herpes does take three full month to detect in a blood test. If you have an active newly legion (within 1-2 days of emergence), you can have it swabbed. That could potentially show the virus, even before its detected in your blood.

You did engaged in some high risk behavior, but don't read things online. Really. I see people post as "doctors" and it's completely incorrect. Herpes more often than not presents pretty typically, clinically speaking.

Stop going online. If I were you, I'd go to the doctor tomorrow, do an early detection HIV test (7-9 days after exposure), syph, hep, gon., chlamy. Just to be safe, just for the peace of mind. A clean bill of health after you've been worried is so empowering. DONT even worry about potential herpes. There's nothing you can do anyway. IF you have another episode of possible legions, then go to the doctor and have them swabbed. If you don't have another episode, than who cares? Just let that go. If you can't, test again for HSV after 3 months of potential exposure

I'm in the same boat my friend I have been feeling a lot of the same symptoms as you except the bumps under penis and I only received unprotected oral no vaginal sex at all and full std panel all negative but that didn't include herpes test so I did one about 2 monthes after and hsv-2 was negative but hsv-1 was positive don't know if it is from this event or if I have had it for years, they say it's common to get this virus as a kid and 70% of the population have it and it can be transmitted from mouth to penis oral.

Hi, its obvious what the genital irritation is from pouring the achol on your genital area which caused an injury. None of what you mention are symptoms of any std and the bumps are most likely natural or part of the past injury causing the area to be inflamed.
Your testing is conclusive that you dont have any std from the affair and it woud appear its your anxiety causing all these detailed questions. Herpes is not any real issue and symptoms of herpes are blister type sores that would appear about a week later followed by flu like symptoms.
I would suggest to put this behind you and move on with your life.
