A housemate of mine cuddled the whole night naked (with pants on), and rubbed each other vigorously at some point with a random guy (Man and Man). Is he at risk for any STD? If yes which STD and when should he be tested.

They are called sexually transmitted diseases and needs to be some type of sexual contact. Genital to genital for example. From what you discribe would not be an issue to worry about.
