Prolonged soar throat

Late July I gave oral sex for the first time and directly after my throat was soar and I had flu like symptoms (such as diarrhea chills fatigue a lot of abdominal pain) that went in and out for about a month in a half then I felt better but my throat was still soar then in early October the flu/cold symptoms came back but way less aggressive (I could’ve had a cold due to the seasons changing and allergies but I just thought I’d put it in there) currently my throat feels much better and my body feels normal i have no trouble swallowing or irritation and it’s not scratchy just feels slightly dry and  tightness directly in the center of my throat in the middle and the bottom part idk what could cause my throat to feel like this for this long it’s like since this happened I haven’t felt completely normal

I also have acid reflux (never caused my throat to hurt) and seasonal allergies with post nasal drip (only during the fall which is now but my throat has been soar prior) I don’t have any warts n bumps or strep throat or mono I have been to the doctor early on he said stomach flu but those symptoms have passed and my throat is still weird  idk what’s going on and it’s worrying

No std likely. Given it happened right after. Gonnerhea/chlaym.. takes 2 days soonest scenario to be in system, herpes takes 2-21 days. Hpv 2 weeks on average to whenever. HIV not possible to be given orally. One documented case ever. This is quincedental. No sores within 2 weeks makes any std unlikely. Plus a sore wouldn't even confirm it's an std. sores in mouth can be canker sores, which are unrelated. You are good
