Questions on HIV and STD transmission- Educated response preferred

Hope you guys don't mind a long question, i'll try to break it down, I've also been reading alot, especially from Dr.HHH and I do know for a fact that testing is the ONLY way of guaranteeing secure diagnosis. However as a person that has been diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder, you can understand why i'm seeking a little help or info on the risk of my experience.

I'm a very careful dude, i'm 20 now, living in Jamaica and only had sex twice, about a month ago though i had an unprotected sexual encounter with a girl, why was it unprotected? Well because according to her, that'd be her second time having sex, shes also just 18 and thus i assumed the risk would be relatively low, unless she lied to me, which i dont see why she would, plus i wasn't too much in the mood so i wasn't hard enough to put a condom on, though i could have when getting more into it, most of it was oral play, only the last 5minutes was really penetrative.

[timeline of effects]
- 1week+ after exposure, i had some really tiny bumps develop at the crease of my elbow, didn't last long, a week tops, no scratching or spreading.
- 2 weeks after exposure, slight burning sensation felt in penis, especially when urinating
- few days later I went to the Doc, he didn't show much concern for contracting anything complex, urine test done and infection found, he prescribed 1week antibiotics which worked
- started seeing random bumps at random locations on body, these were small raised bumps, about the size of a pencil eraser at most, none lasted longer than 24hours, some even lasted a few hours which i found weird
- 1week+ after doc visit, slight discomfort returned in penis at times, slight discharge [white?] if i like hold my penis and try to like squeeze something out

- I add also developed a cold after a bad hangover [after coming off the antibiotics of course], this cold had a minor sore throat, swollen tonsils, all gone now though, lasted about a week.

[additional info]
- Small lump now felt under chin, slight discomfort, swollen lymph node ? response to cold ? possible HIV ?
- There was also a point where i had raised bump on my tongue that seemed to bleed if i messed with it too much but I don't know if it was there before or what the story behind it is.
- No fevers and none of these seemed to happen together.

[QUESTIONS]
1 - What do you think my risk was based on the circumstance ?
2 - Should i be thinking of changing doctors since he didn't even attempt at further testing ?
3 - We didnt get much time to wash up after the act so maybe her vaginal fluids remained on me for longer than they should have, does this drastically increase the risk of say HIV? STD? UTI?
4 - Could a UTI have caused listed symptoms or is it definitely an STD ?
5 - What are the chances of contracting an STD from an HIV infected partner yet NOT contracting HIV ? how much different is the transmission and yes I do know that an STD makes passing it easier but its the same vaginal fluid that would cause the STD right? so it needs to enter my body just the same, so could the STD enter yet not the HIV ? sorry if this sounds confusing

- I mean, I don't know her as an HIV positive person, when we talked after it, she seemed startled, saying she had no infection [that she knew of anyway], we don't even talk much now anyway, i guess she feels bad but i still need to think of the possibility.

Sorry for the long post but i'm sure it will be hugely helpful to others also because if i saw these questions answered before I don't think i'd have made a post

PS. I know i need testing and there's no way of diagnosing using symptoms, i just HATE the timing of all this so i'm only looking for an educated response or someone who has a good idea of the listed questions

When i say squeeze, am not being aggressive, just a slight holding and moving towards the tip, find it strange that preCum would be 'that' white but i could be mistaken (?)

Infection was treated sure, i agree but as said, i'm having recurring discomfort.

As said i know about testing and all that, having these questions answered regardless of my personal health is something valuable to my self-education as i'd love to be able to talk to my friends on the topic

[thanks for you response though]

the majority of the symptoms you mention are not std related at all.

of course you will get white discharge if you are squeezing your penis enough dear.  it's not std related.

you were seen, found to have an infection which was causing your pain with urination though what you didn't mention and it was treated.

you've had unprotected sex and have anxiety so to fully cover your bases so you can move past this, you can be tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia anytime after 1 week post encounter, syphilis after 6 weeks and herpes and hiv after 3 months.
