Rate of std in anal sex

Hi
I have a question about std transfer rate
Here is my question,is transfer rate of std diseases in anal sex have a
significant difference in a homosexual couple and a heterosexual couple who are
in monogamous relation and both just having anal sex?
and please give an answer with a reference that i be able to use to prove it

Thanks for your answer but what i need to know is there a difference between std transmit anal sex in a homosexual couple and a heterosexual couple?
I mean are homosexual couples are at more risk or anal sex risk is same for both groups and that's what i need to prove

Certain STDs are more common amongst homosexuals than heterosexuals. If you've both been tested and are in a committed monogamous relationship then you shouldn't need to worry about STDs/HIV. I would still always suggest using protection when it comes to anal sex though to stop the spread of none STD related bacteria. Try looking at www.****.com to see your risk with regards to anal sex etc.
