Small Bump on my frenulum

3 years ago I've noticed a small bump on my penis.
I have never been worried about that before but after reading some stories on the Internet , I start to worrying I might have a genital wart. I've posted some picture , can you please tell me what you think about that ?

Hi if it fits similar photos then it may be. If it is then have it removed as it can be passed to someone if it is HPV
