Red bumps on penis head

ok me and my fiance had unprotected sex  and i was fine but she complained about swelling afterwards and some pain/burning, about 8 hours later i noticed that i had these red bumps on the head of my penis that kind of resemble the bumps u get with heat rash. i am uncircumcised so im used to like heat related soreness and stuff from the extra cleaning needed and heat retention and so on, but they didnt hurt too much just about the same as heat rash if i dont touch it, it dosent hurt but hurts if i touch it, now i was tested a yr ago and was clean and she was tested when she had our son 4 months ago and was clean and we have been together for 3 years. it dosent look like warts or anything just looks like patchs or red irritated skin with goosebump like bumps on it. anyone have any idea before i go pay to get tested again? would like to save money because money is tight and we just had a son. im thinking it might be like a heat or friction rash with bumps.

See a Dr, this has nothing to do with a STD.
