Red bumps on penis/pubic area

Okay about a week ago I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend for the first time who claimed to have no std's
the next day i noticed these little red bumps where my pubic hair grows,
at first i assumed it was because of the friction and because i shave.
I've never heard of any std's showing up the next day.
The bumps are pink around them with white centers kinda like pimples, but some have red centers where they've kinda scabbed over.
they itch and they hurt pretty bad.
and they've recently started spreading, this has got me really concerned.
there's one on the underside of my penis which doesn't have a white or red center but instead is like a crater with a fleshy color, but this one hurts the worst.
there's no puss but some have a tiny amount of clear liquid come out when i squeeze them.
I've also had a pain on both sides where my thigh meets my torso in the front, someone told me those were my lymph nodes, is this a bad sign?
does this sound like anything serious? herpes? hpv?
im hoping it just some kind of freak rash, but im starting to doubt that.
thanks in advance for helping.

it may be.... you just won't be able to get a swab to see if it is HSV or not.. you can get a blood test but that could still come back negative even if you are infected as it take 3 months for a blood test to become positive. I would call and see if they can get you in tomorrow.

you need to see a doctor asap before the sores heal, this very well could be HSV (herpes) but there is no way for us to diagnose you. you need to have the sores swabbed before they heal.

Try to get in with you doctor, if they say they don't have an opening advise them it is something that can't wait an dyou need tosee the doc before it clears up... trust me its nothing they haven't heard before.

See you doctor and let us know how it goes... you should also as your GF to get tested with a blood test.
