Red little dots on penis head, and inflammation

I had unprotected sex with two women in one night at a party, at different times of the night, the sex was really rough, and the next day at night i noticed my penis was swollen. so i thought it was because i did it to hard. next day the swollen was still the same and since I'm not circumcise i pulled my skin to see my head, and it had many red little dots in my around it. I washed the head often, so two days later, my head wasn't really swollen but the red little dots were still there. So because it wasn't swollen and it didn't hurt I masturbated and when i came and my penis was all inflated it felt like it was going to explode. I tried washing it but just putting water on it burned soooooo bad!!!
I'm worried if it is a kind of STD or is something else. I would really appreciate if you could tell me what it is and what should i do about it. thank you

This is not syphilis but you would have to see a Dr.

Diagnosis of an STD is often made on laboratory tests rather than general observation of symptoms. An STD includes symptoms like painful urination or no urine, discharge of foul smelly fluid from penis, fever, swollen lymph nodes in the groins, rash over penis or other parts of the body like hips and hands and itch over penis, etc.Even forceful sexual intercourse and wrong position may also cause this.Careful observation of these symptoms along with proper lab tests will rule out your problem.
Meet the Doc immediately before it could get worse and let the VDRL test done.It more likely seems to be syphilis to me.Dont worry as there are very good medications available and you ll soon be well.Have a medical check up done and let me be updated.
