Red meatus (since at least a year)

Hello

I'm having the following problem for about 12 months (or longer) now. My meatus is red.
I haven't had sex for over a year.
I always thought that this was normal, until l started searching on google.

Recently l did a urine- and STD-test (with cotton bud/swab) and it turned out negative. The doctor said the next time that the way it looks, is normal. I doubt this.
After asking a few times he did prescribe me a cream: "Betamethason". But l have the impressions that this only leads to irritation. I feel it when the meatus touches my boxershort, it is an annoying feeling.
I visited another doctor who prescribed me "gyno daktarin", an anti fungal cream. Didn't/doesn't help...

In Belgium l also did a urine test and STD test, also negative. Doctor (urologist) told me to try Antibiotics (Zithromax: 1000-1500 mg at once), didn't help anything. I never really had any other big symptoms such as pain while peeing or things like that.

I'll try to upload a pic. The pic is of the spot at its worst. (after masturbating it becomes more red for example).

I really hope someone can help me out, l'm really depressed because of this!

All you doctors say its natural and you also until you started googling. So the problem is googling and of course its going to be more red after masturbating! I feel its all anxiety driven. The best advise i can give you is to have it swabbed and a PCR dna based test or a biopsey.

Infections are white not red

It looks red like an infection. Where can l add a picture in this topic?

Hi its suspossed to be red as is full of blood and if you touch it, will case more blood to enter the area and be redder.

I looks like l can't add a pic anywhere. It is really red, like a bull's eye... with lips. Especially after masturbating. I hope there's a way to upload a pic somehow, coz that might make this situation more clear to people on the board.
