Red rash/spots

Hi people, I had unprotected sex with a girl at the weekend.  Less than 24 hours later I now have a rash/spots at the edge of my groin, in the creases between the legs and groin.  The spots were itchy before I treated them with E45 itch relief cream.

What the hell is it? I'm reasonably sure it is not molluscum as I have had that before.  The main STD's seem to have a longer incubation period. Could it be yeast related from her fluids?

Thanks for the quick answer Grace.  As you say I thought 24 hours was far to quick, but I thought I would ask anyway.

you won't get symptoms of a newly acquired std 24 hours later.

we don't look at pictures. why not is explained in our read before posting post on this forum.

bottom line is - you need to go and be seen. odds are this is irritation or a fungal infection but you need a proper exam to know for sure.
