Rimming and vaginal rubbing concerns

I had an encounter with a prostitute just over three weeks ago.  This involved me receiving a rim job and she also rubbed her vagina on my penis for maybe 30 seconds before having protected sex.  We both showered and cleaned very thoroughly before hand, and used mouth wash (don't know if this helps anything).
Three weeks later I started to feel some strange tingling sensation around my anus, with a little upset stomach feeling.  The next day I started to have some tight/aching sensation in my lower back right around my tail bone and just above.  More aggravated when sitting.  Then I've had on and off burning/tingling sensation around my groin, perineum, penis, bladder for a couple days.  I have had chronic prostatitis in the past, and some of these sensations are very similar, so I was not overly concerned and figured this is flaring up again.  But then last night I started having tingling/burning skin sensations all over my body.  This really got me freaked out as I've never felt anything like this before.  Could this be a precursor to a herpes outbreak?  I have no sores around my penis and nothing I can see around my anus, but that's hard to look at closely.
A lot that I've read suggests these things should have been relatively low risk, but I'm thinking I should get an STD panel done anyway.  Is there anything else I should be worried about with these symptoms?  It certainly seems possible that this is psychological, but I think I'd rather be safe than sorry.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Thank you very much for the responses. I did not really expect hsv1 to be transmitted by rimming and I already have oral herpes so would not expect to learn anything from a blood test on that front.
I was more worried that the vaginal rubbing could have transferred hsv2. I have read that hsv2 can present flu-like symptoms, and in a way this full body tingling resembles flu chills, but it's also like nothing I've experienced before.  I'm still feeling it after a day and it's really quite strange. Very much head to toe. But every year I get older I seem to get some strange new ailment that I've never experienced, so I'll try to relax and give it a few days.

If you have oral hsv1 already, you can't get it again genitally, as you have antibodies that protect you from getting infected again. You don't need to worry about that.

It's possible to get hsv2 from genital grinding or rubbing. At this point, 3 weeks in, if you had the chills like when you had the flu, you'd probably be getting outbreaks. They'd look a lot like the ones you get orally.

Perhaps you are fighting the flu - it's that season, after all. If it lingers much longer, say a day or two, get seen by your doctor.

I totally get the new ailment every year as you get older. This getting older thing isn't for the weak lol.

If you go to the doctor, let us know what happens, and feel better. :)

Agreed. No STD would give you all over body tingling.

Hi, your symptoms would appear more psychological. It is possible to get anal herpes from her rimming you but its higly unlikely as oral herpes is not conditioned to infect the lower ganglia which includes the anal area. Also herpes symptoms most often appear (when they do) as a blister that spreads followed by flu like symptoms.
Testing would no be recommended with out true herpes symptoms unless you have a long term partner.
