Risk after condom protected anal sex.

Hi,
Like two weeks ago I ended up in bed with a guy I danced all night with at a club. I thought we would hit it off, he seemed really into me. We ended up having sex. I just kissed him. Then he performed brief oral on me and then proceeded with penetration. It was condom protected and after he was finished he pulled out the condom remained inside, I took it out and it was intact. (I've heard condom break is pretty obvious and I recall the condom looking like a water balloon. Again, I just kissed him and never made contact with his penis or anus.
On friday he called and told me he had gotten a chacre sore on his mouth like 5 days after having sex with me and was also diagnosed with pubic lice and a sort of sexually transmitted fungi. He blamed me.
No, I have no pubic lice or anything else. I know for sure I didn't give him anything. BUT I want to know, in this scenario, how at risk am I if he already had any or several STDs?
Is it possible that he gave me anything???

Hi. The dr told me the same and that it is unlikely I caught anything without symptoms showing at this point. Though he suggests to wait another week or two to test for syphilis and three more for herpes for the tests to be completely accurate. Is this true?

Exposed area, so if a condom used and did not break then no would not show in that area.

Thanks.
Just one more question: given the use of condom, could herpes and syphilis signs and symptoms appear inside the rectum or IF any, would they appear only on exposed areas?

Very low risk for herpes, HPV and syphilis.

I made an appointment for friday but I'm freaking out.
In your oppinion what STDs would be considered in this case?? So I can know what to expect..

You should see a Dr and discuss with him/her as I am sure they will want to run some tests just to make sure.
