Risk for Syphilis and the incubation period

Hi, 3 weeks ago I had protected sex and unprotected oral sex with a woman.

I am scared as I might have been exposed to Syphilis.

I got tested two days ago and I got the result yesterday, which turned out negative.

So far no chancre or lesions have appeared in my genital area.

Is the 3 week testing for Syphilis conclusive? Shall I get tested again?

Go back and read your older posts for info on syphilis, this has already been covered.

Do you need testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia...no. Could it hurt...no.

Do I need to test for gonorrhea and chlamydia as well even in the absence of any pus or burning urinating after 3 weeks?
