Risk of contacting stds?

Hi this website is great thank you. I just wanted to ask the risks of me getting an sti such as herpes etc. I had my first ever sexual encounter 2 days ago and I'm not sure the status of the partners but he is high risk. He gave me a blowjob no condom on. Had a 5 second light kiss and he gave me a hand job ejaculated on my penis. 2 days later I have had itching on the penis I also had a small red spot pop while in the shower. I'm swesting so much I'm not sure what it can be.

Hi the oral would be the risk but if he did not have any lip sores at the time that risk is close to zero for herpes and since him having oral gono is very low you can pretty much rule that out as well. no std including herpes shows symptoms in 2 days but takes a week or 2.
