Ive had these small bumps on me for what feels like years but recently I feel as they have been growing im number they dont hurt. They usually dont pop unless I force them wich isnt simething i do. And they dont appear to be growing. Please if anyome could put my mind at ease i would be grateful. I do intend on seeing a doctor as soon as i can afford it.

Herpes wouldn't last for years.

HPV might last for a long time, but they wouldn't pop.

Google sebaceous glands or Fordyce spots and see if that fits. Those are oil glands and are totally normal. Don't hesitate to get a doctor to look at them so you know what is normal and isn't.
