STD, worried I tested too soon.

Hello, i had a brief sexual encounter that was about 2 min receiving oral and 1 minute unprotected vaginal sex, six weeks ago. I am 34 male and she is a 41 female. Currently still have anxiety and wanted to post to get some advice.

I saw my doctor 2 days later and he did test for chlamydia, gonorrhea dna urine test, gen 4 hiv, and syphilis. All of them came back negative. I then had a conversation to my partner and she told me she tested early part of this year and i was her 1 partner and she tested negative. But was very vague of when she tested after her previous unprotected encounter.

The nurse told me to test for HIV in 3 weeks and i tested at day 28 and these results are negative as well.

But im scared they i tested too early for chlamydia and gonorrhea and received a false negative. Also I'm freaking out about hep B since i have no clue if i ever been vaccine for it and moved around the country. So finding all medical records will be a challenge.

Should i still be worried and dont know if im freaking myself out to think i have symptoms, im not too sure how if i have discharge or just leftover urine. I notice some stretch mark looking marks on my thigh and groin area. I itch occasionally on my penis and groin area but nothing that prolongs after i scratch.  I am in uncircumcised.

Please help and thank you
