STD/HPV Scare Please Help

A little over 2 months ago on April 19th I had an encounter with a escort. The total time of the encounter was about 10 minutes. She performed oral on me with a condom and then we had vaginal intercourse. After ejaculating she put on another condom and again gave me oral and again had vaginal intercourse. Everything was down with a condom except for some very brief hand stimulation. The thing that worries me as a firm lump in mouth next to my uvula. Behind that on the wall of my throat is what appears to be a ulcer or sore. I never performed oral on the escort and never made any contact with my mouth to anything while there. I have not had any noticeable warts on my penis plus I have the HPV vaccine. What is this on my throat and next to my uvula? Can I get oral HPV without oral sex?

Hi, to get hpv you would need direct contact to the area where a lump appeared.
