STD Results Negative but Irritation on Penis after 4 Weeks, What is it?
I received oral sex from a female friend about 4 weeks ago and have had Genital issues since. I have a timeline with symptoms below and treatment below. Forgive the length.
Notes: took an STD test 2 weeks after symptoms for gonnerriea, clymidia, Herpes (Hsv 1 and 2 both igg and igm), trichomonic, HIV, syphilus, and hepatitis A, B, and C. All tests were negative except HSV 1 igg (I have had cold sore before).
She had an std test a few months back and a week after the encounter and she is negative for everything except HSV 1 igg.
Overall symptoms (detailed in timeline below): brown itchy spot on circumcision line. Inflamed spot by head of penis on underside. Smaller light brown spots on shaft and head of penis. Redness and small red/rash like areas (no bumps). Edge of head very irritated with slightly swollen glands. Symptoms almost always present. Symptoms come and go in different areas. Woae some days and better others. Worse during the day. Light sometime gone at night or when sleeping. Steroid cream seems to help symptoms. Overall have been getting slightly better over time but is had been 4 weeks and it is still noticeable irritated. No sores, lesions, ulcers, or bumps.
Also. I am circumcised and I would trim everything weekly before this.
Timeline:
Oral sex lasted about 10 mins. Immediately wiped with wet wipe. Went home and showered about 30 mins after contact.
Within 12 hours by next morning I had tingling/ irritation on left shaft of penis on my Circumcision line. Following day also had tingling/irritation on underside of penis up to the head. Embarrassingly I started out abbreva on it that day in a panic. The next day I saw the dr. Dr didn’t think it was anything and I stop using abreva. Said to come bad in 2 weeks for std test.
That day (still the 3rd day) through the 5th day these areas were really irritated and burning during the day. Would dramatically get better at night after a shower and a change of cloths.
6th day no burning just irritated. noticed a brownish spot were the irratation was on the left side of the shaft. It is about 1/4” x 3/8”. Underside was slight red and irritated. No bumps just itching and irritated.
7-9th day still really irritated during the day but much less at night. (This stays true the entire time). Pee hole sensitive as well.
10th day. Still irritated but feeling much better.
11th underside of penis near head severely irritated and inflamed/very pink. 12th day still very irritated.
13th day. Spot of left side getting itchy. Left and right edge of head getting irritated as well and tender. Saw dr and took std test. Prescribed Valtrex as a precaution. Started taking that night and started using over the counter steroid cream.
14 - 18 taking Valtrex 2 times a day and using cream 2 times a day. Cream appears to work within an hour. Area starting to feel over all better. Still have worse days than others. Symptoms appear in same locations but will then get better and then come back. Most irratation during day with little to no irritation at night and while sleeping. More smaller brown spots are now on shaft and head of penis. Some small red/rash like areas on shaft. Edges still hurt. Feel a little itchy around scrotum but may be because I haven’t trimmed.
19 - 24 still on Valtrex (ran out on 22nd day) but using cream once a day. And avoiding cream some days. Overall feeling only slightly better.
25 felt severe irritation on edge of head. Slightly red and glands are slightly swollen and firm. Used steroid cream and it get much better after an hour.
26 - 27 still irritated. Started back on Valtrex on 27th day
28th day. STD results say I am negative. Stopped steroid cream and started using lotrimin anti fungal cream.
Day 29. Still slightly irritated with brown spots and some redness.
Will see dermatologist next week.
Does anyone have any idea what this might be. I am less freaked out since the std tests were negative but still worried that I still have issues after 4 weeks. Please help.

Meant to add, it was inprotected oral sex. Also, I did notice a very small black dot on the shaft on the upper side of my penis yesterday. I think it was near were a red area was. It almost looks like a blackhead. It may be a very small scab. It is hard but not sure how it formed.
