STD Risks from Mutual Masturbation and Frottage

Dr. H-

I engaged in mutual masturbation, frottage and kissing with another man.  I got tested after one week - syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia all came back negative.  I understand there is NO hiv risk

Should I get tested again?  I have some sensitivity/irritation around my penis.  Could this just be anxiety?  Or an reaction to lubricant lotion (i.e., a hotel lotion from bathroom that was not meant for genitalia)?

Here is a follow-up:

1.  At 2.5 weeks, re-test for gonorrhea and chlamydia.  Both negative.
2  At 3 weeks, no lesions observed.  HIV and syphilis retests are negative.  Sensitivity/irritation has lessened by using bacitracin.    The other guy with whom I engaged in masturbation and frottage only assures me his is 100% safe.

Given these facts, I am going to strongly assume that I have no need to be concerned.

1) Low stds risk
2) Some tests are not conclusive at one month, such as syphilis. Recommend to retest
