STD Symptoms NGU?

47yo male I went out of my LTR and saw a women no oral, but had a condom remained intact brief intercourse like maybe 3 min no full penetration and just mutual touching, she did spit on her hand and she did have a smell possible BV I think. About 3 weeks later i had unprotected sex with my regular partner and a few days later I began to have symptoms of burning sensation at the tip of my penis, I think UTI or STI.  There was no discharge or significant pain during urination that I could tell, no fever or nausea but my groin area was extremely hot for a few days. About 2 weeks later I started having pain in my testicle and pain in my lower back just at the waist line on above my butt.  I took a STD test I was negative for all including Chlamydia and gonorrhea it was a urine NAAT DNA from Quest,  2 weeks later I took another test just for Chlamydia and gonorrhea from a different lab, Labcorp I believe, same type, again was negative. Now 4 weeks later 8 weeks in all the burning seems to subsided, but the pain in the testicle seems to still be there I think epididymitis? One testicle seems a little larger but I'm not sure and the cord seems swollen when I stand a lot. I checked my urine with a UTI test seems positive for leukocytes negative for nitrates. There is a 3rd test this one was a swab at a clinic but I haven't got the results back.  1 what is the possibility that the I got something from the one woman not my LTR. 2 is is possible that I got a plan jane UTI from the unprotected sex E-Coli? all the timing seems to point to the first exposure? 3. If the swab is negative I don't know if there is something else that can't be detected. I want to take antibiotics but I want to know for sure, I've read all the horror stories about this not going away wants it reaches the epidodumitis, and the worst part is I may have spread something to my LTR.  I don't think I've slept maybe a few hrs these last few weeks, now at 8 weeks no discharge still, or burning just the pain in the testicle and back and sometimes in my flank side, my lymph nods don't seem swollen.

Hi, since your penis was covered nothing could get inside to cause an infection from the first person. With the unprotected with your regular partner, symptoms of std are white puss discharge and burning while urinating. Also any infection would show up in  the middle of your urethra not the tip. Maybe an injury from the act itself.

dave you a probably right, about the STD part.  Part of me wants some empirical evidence that it is something. It has just shaken my confidence it trying to believe anything right now that i'll get better either physically or mentally. On the cipro now and see if that helps, waiting to hear from the urine results.

I'm now severity depressed for the last 2 months from all this after 2.5 weeks of Doxy only some of the symptoms have improved. I still have pain an swelling from time to time in the testicles. Prostate is still swollen but not as much. Dr now has done a Urine C&S but I think it might be too late since I've been on antibiotics now. He has switched to cipro for 2 weeks to see if that has a better result.  I can't help but think its not a coincidence that this started after I saw a questionable woman.  I'm tending to lean toward Trich  as it fits the progression better 30 days and can live somewhat for a time outside, I think? I had Urthritius then when away in 10 days to  epididymitis and in 30 days I had prostatitis. Any thoughts it could be HSV/HPV ? ....No non covered sex, except from mt LTR who is most likely clean been with her for >10 years and no problem in the past and no oral in any cases with anyone, so to me it seems likely I got it from genital secretions and transferred it that way somehow. my PCP Dr seems convinced it not a STD but I can't help think it is. I think Doxy should have killed the Chlamydia I hope if there was any by this time

So I called and got the results from the clinic the swab test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea were Neg as so that is 3 different labs tests all negative still wondering about some other NGU bug or could HSV give similar symptoms.  The very first test a HSV was done and it was Neg but from what I understand it takes 3 months to show.  I just wonder if symptoms would appear before a pos test? I the physical symptoms were hard to ignore so I don't think it was all in my head.

Urine tests find bacterias associated where urine passes through an area and i dont believe urine passes inside your testicle.

so i went to my PCP he diagnosed me with prostitus
the pcp put me on antibiotics so now the worry is that this appeared after 3 weeks from the other encounter so do i need to worry about passing a bacteria to my LTR partner

thanks for responding dave,  I don't have any discharge or burning when urinating.  The irritation has mostly subsided now. what worries me it the pain in my testicle it seem to develop about 2 weeks after the irritation along with the back pain that seems to switch sides it now seems to come and go. Timing seemed right on the mark at 3 weeks.  What do you think about the reliability of the Urine SDA tests. And do you know if the only way NGU is diagnosed is with a discharge?
