STD and HIV concern

Had sex with a transgendered sex worker.

1. We made out (lip and tongue contact)
2. Received unprotected oral sex (fellatio)
3. Gave unprotected oral sex (preformed fellatio)
4. I preformed protected anal sex on the worker.
5. A single drop/ tiny splatter of semen from the worker went onto my eye.
I immediately flushed out my eye with water.

Do I have a chance of getting any STDs or even HIV from this encounter?
