STD by oral sex to my pregnant wife

I'm 36 male, married for 6 years. my wife is pregnant in for the second time in her 4th month now.
2 months ago i have received an oral sex (********) from an Ethiopian girl I met in a bar and i ejaculated in her mouth.
after this I had unprotected sex (oral and vaginal intercourse) once with my wife.
3 days ago I received an unprotected very brief oral sex (1 minute) from a prostitute from Ugandan, then she gave me a hand job till i ejaculated.
2 days later (yesterday), I had an unprotected sex (oral and vaginal intercourse) with my wife.

My understanding was that oral sex is completely safe, however now I'm aware that it might lead to many STDs.
Now I'M TERRIFIED as I might have caught any infection and even passed to to my pregnant wife and even worse she might pass it to our baby.

I don't have any unusual symptoms, just a little pain in my penis after my last sex I had with my widfe yeserday, but this is common feeling i used to have when I have complete sexual intercourse after a relatively long period.

I want to know now:
1- what should I do now regarding my sexual life with my wife.. should I stop?
2- what tests we (me and my wife) need to do? - and when we should do them?

Oral sex is generally low risk for STI's - not completely risk free, but low enough that you really need to worry.  The STI you'd be most at risk for is gonorrhea or NGU, but you don't seem to be showing any symptoms.   Since you have a pregnant wife, I don't want to advise you not to get tested or not to tell her, but, from a risk perspective, the odds of you being infected with anything are actually quite low.

my wife sees her doctor monthly and does regular prenatal tests (blood and urine).. does these tests cover STDs??

Syphilis and herpes can be contracted even when using a condom as the genital area outside the condom would be exposed when rubbing up against hers. Thats the risk and even if its low risk its too big of a risk for you pregnant wige.

Hi recieving unprotected oral sex is a risk for herpes, syphiils and gonoreha. test for these before being intimate with your wife at the correct window period. Gono--7 days, syphilis--- 6 weeks and herpes at t 3 months. while your at the doctors office tell the doctor about your affairs and concerns for your wifes safty.

Thnaks a lot for your help.

But does this mean that I cannot have sex with my wife (even with condoms) before 3 months? until i finish all tests?
These window periods (Gono--7 days, syphilis--- 6 weeks and herpes at t 3 months) are to have a reliable test results or to develop the disease symptoms??

in a similar incident posted earlier in the STD forum,  Dr. ... gave this answer:
"As for other STIs, oral sex is an inefficient way to transmit STDs.  Even among persons with many sex partners, oral infections are uncommon and for a number of biological factors too complex to go into here, the efficiency of transmission of infections through oral sex is lower than for penetrative genital-vaginal or –anal sex.  Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are transmitted through oral sex; for all practical purposes, chlamydia is not and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner’s mouth, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny.  If you had gotten gonorrhea or NGU you will most likely develop symptoms of urethritis (penile infection) such as a penile discharge or discomfort on urination within a week of your exposure."
to what extent do you agree with this?

Another point to address here, I knew that oral sex can lead to some sort on incurable and asymptomatic throat bacterial disease...
3- how can I know if I caught any??
4- can this be caught by the receiving partner??
5- can it be passed to my wife if she gave me oral sex??
