STD like Symptoms, Clear Tests

Almost a year ago I was diagnosed with Chlamydia. I was never told the name of the treatment given, but I recall drinking a single tablet of medicine with water.

It has been almost a year and I still have odd symptoms. I have red inflammation on my penis head which causes sharp pain, like if needles were puncturing me. The inflammation is quite noticeable, since the head of the penis is red.

Doctors have performed STD testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, syphilis, and HIV and all have come out negative. I have also been given creams for balinitis, fungal infections, and creams to reduce the inflammation with no help. Some of the creams actually make the pain worse, since they become liquid throughout the day and humid stuff causes me more pain.

I recently had a skin biopsy of my penis to check what can be causing this and am still waiting for the results, which have taking longer than expected. I am wishing for something like Chlamydia to be positive just so that I can be treated, since I have been dealing with pain for almost a year now.

Does anyone  know if it is possibly that Chlamydia could somehow be present, but still undetectable or what other possibilities might explain why I can't get this issue solved.

Thanks for your answers
