STD of unknown condition and strange symptoms still persist

Hello guys,

I'll bring the question here since I didn't receive an answer in the autoimmune area.

I am a male of 29 years old, 5 weeks ago I started to have many symptoms, which appeared after two sexual intercourses (both protected vaginal and unprotected oral) from 10 weeks and 5 days ago.

The symptoms are described in-depth in this thread (posted due to the fact that I thought I took HIV):

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/How-reliable-are-my-tests/show/3011519#post_14291791

My results for CMV test are negative for IgM and positive for IgG with a 401 value (way higher than the value 6 which is the value needed for positivity).
This means that my antibodies exploded over CMV.

Now I am at 12 weeks after those exposures and I still have two symptoms:
- itchy skin randomly in any area of the body (lighter than it was but occurs at night also now (it wasn't until recently) - no rashes or visible signs of anything
- fatigue / dizziness (lighter than it was / occurs in random moments)

My last HIV + CMV + EBV tests were done at the 10 weeks mark (from the exposures):

HIV chemiluminiscence duo test (ag/ab) still negative (this is the 3rd duo test after the previous two done at 6 weeks and 7 weeks).
EBV IgM / IgG + heterophile antibodies negative
CMV IgM negative, IgG positive - 401 value
CMV avidity 96% (indicates that infection is older and reactivated) - done at 11 weeks
CMV new IgG value is 266 - done at 11 weeks

Do you think that my symptoms are related to CMV?
And how much they would still persist and why?
What other STD could cause this itchy skin which drives me crazy?
I also changed the detergent and washed all the clothes just to be sure it's not an allergy

I would kindly appreciate a reply since I`m still anxious.

Thank you

Hi none of what you mention are std symptoms but would appear anxiety related.

So Pruritus and Fatigue are not related to any condition? because I read about hepatitis causing pruritus.
