STD or Stomach Flu

I performed oral sex on my girlfriend about two weeks ago. As of today, I’ve been experiencing an upset stomach, sore throat, nasal congestion, and you can say diarrhea. Is it possible I have an std and which one exactly? Note: This was the only time I performed such a sexual act.

She claims she doesn’t have any stds but I don’t believe so, as she told me she suffered fatigue while on her period, she previously been with 2-3 other partners, and when I was performing oral on her she claims I punctured her vaginal wall with my finger, and started bleeding from it and claims it hurt a few days later.

Fatigue is not a diagnostic, so I hope you aren't accusing her of std with zero information like that. You interact with others who cough on your lips and door knobs so sore throat etc are to be expected at any time. Talk to your doctor if you want a test instead of making your own guesses.
