STD risk after Threesome

32 yo male
Approximately 3weeks ago I had a threesome with a married couple who have been together for a very long time.
2 days later I had an slight itch from my urethra which lasted 48 hours before disappearing completely. There was no burning while urinating or any other symptoms.
We have all been tested previously with no positive results on any STIs, however the woman also had brief mild symptoms similar to mine at around the same time frame which have also cleared.
The male partner has experienced no such symptoms whatsoever.
We had spent many hours (10+) in a lukewarm spa prior to some very brief (drunken) unprotected sex, where there was only a few minutes of penetration and no ejaculation.
Over the weekend in total i spent approx 25-30 hours in the chlorinated spa as did the woman - have we possibly unknowingly passed on a STI to each other or could it have been from something in the hot tub.

I think I have a possibility - after looking at a number of things I came across a picture of a staph infection and I had asuffered from this condition immediately following the 3 days filled with 20+ hours in spa water.
The rash was on both thighs - I put it down to irritation from wrestling.
Is is likely that we suffered a staph based uti , or at least a urethra based reaction to staph???

Sounds disgusting but I have just noticed white stringy matter on my stools. Thinking back I did have an itchy bum a little while ago so I think I may have picked up a pathogen of so e description from spa or ingestion of river water.
Will get some worm medication and some Urals.
Thanks again

Thanks for the feedback.
From what I have read the incubation period is too short for something like chlamydia, and if it was gonorrhea the symptoms would be much worse.
Obviously the male partner has been sleeping regularly with his wife unprotected in the lead up to our session, and has continued to do so since it happened and has continued to show no symptoms whatsoever.
Just alarming given I have never experienced any discomfort in the urethra previously

Hi, 2 days would not show any std symptoms as takes time for the bacteria to multiply. 5 days would be the window period for noticiable symptoms and they would be constant.
You cannot pass any std sitting in a hot tub.

Doesn't sounds like STDs symptoms but definitely worth checking it out just to be sure.

Second question - yes.

Forgot to ask - would STI symptoms continue to worsen once they are felt?
