STD risk from Oral sex with POST alcohol exposure

Thank you in advance to those who will reply to this question.

I'm a gay man. Last June 22 2012, I went to a massage center in the Philippines. At first it was just a massage until the masseur asked if I wanted a handjob, I was hesistant. He said he's clean doesn't have disease and that I can suck him, and I looked at his penis and there's no remarkable thing on it. He even told me I can smell it first, I don't know what he's talking about. Then while he's doing the handjob I did suck maybe 3 minute the most or even less (1 minute). He's dick isn't hard or erected yet when I came so I stopped sucking -- I believe there wasn't precum as it didn't harden yet. I was really feeling guilty of doing that. After that, I spat, wiped my mouth with cloth, wore my clothes, AND, sprayed ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL in my mouth then rinsed with water.

Am I at risk as I've read that alcohol does something to saliva that makes it less effective to control the HIV Virus. I drank maybe 3 glasses of Whiskey+Soda before I went to have that massage.

AM I AT RISK WITH OTHER STDs?

no reason to think this is a std. the odds that you contracted oral syphilis from a brief one time exposure are incredibly low - as in too low to even consider let alone test for.

Thank you really for replying to me.

I always drink hot tea. I had a dental thing done last week, days before this canker sore appeared. Maybe it's caused by the suction thing because it's been under my tongue for 3 hours.

But what I'm afraid of is if a chancre looks like canker sore?
The sore under my mouth looks like a canker sore, soft, round and irritating when touch.

you should never ever spray rubbing alcohol in your mouth!!

can you contract std's from performing unprotected oral sex on someone? yes you can but overall the risk is very low.  anything you do after the encounter is useless though - std's are transmitted during the sex act itself, they don't lay on the skin to be absorbed into the body.

at this point, you need to be seen and get your mouth looked at. sounds like you gave yourself a chemical burn and irritated things and caused damage to it. no reason to think std's and be sure to mention the rubbing alcohol you sprayed.

I developed a canker sore under my tongue. It's white and like the normal sores which is about 3mm only -- not like half-dime syphilitic chancres. But still, I'm worried. I think this came after 23 days from exposure. And my tongue is somewhat sore, like the feeling of a burnt tongue from drinking hot tea.
