I spat into the sink in the public restroom and part of it splashed right back into my eyes and mouth. I had bad open sores in my mouth, just near the lip,and was slightly bleeding at the time. There was some sticky-looking fluid in the sink I'm not sure what it was. I know its stupid but I can't help thinking its semen or something like that. There's no hand sanitizer near the sink so it couldn't be soap. Am I possibly at risk for some STDs or even HIV? I know I'm paranoid but simply can't cut worrying.
