STDs/HIV Possible?

First sorry about my bad English.
I have read this forum many times and still am worried about my situation.
7 days ago I had sex the first time in y life with an Escort girl who said she was clean and no disease (for both of us I hope she is right).  All vaginal sex was protected with condom, while I did not realize if condom broke or not, it took about 3 minutes and about 4 times each.( we changed condoms two times) but I gave her Oral sex without protection. I mostly rubbed her Vagina by my lips and sometimes by my tongue. Also I did a foolish job after and I washed my tongue by a mouth washing liquid in the room and when I got back home about 35 minutes I also brushed my teach and cleaned my tongue by my brush (later I read you should not do it after oral sex, since it can damage the saliva effects on viruses)
Also she insisted to have some urine on my chest, and I did not want and finally she did but we were under shower and soon I washed it.
Followings are some symptoms in my body after that:
1. Just some hours after that ,the upper part of my tongue became white and it is still white, and  feel a bit burning.(now it is 7 days)
2. I have inflated tonsil and a little pain in my throat
3. Small pink spots on my hands, some parts of my feet , three on chests and two on my stomach
4. I can see some strange brown spots also, while I do not know maybe they have been on my body before and know just because I am worried I saw them suddenly.
I am going for a test on Monday, but until Monday, I cannot eat and cannot stop being worried. It is going to be the last time in my life I do such stupid actions.
What can be my problem? any STDs or HIV?

my tests came back negative, and my doctor, like you guys, told me that it is mostly my mind that plays with me,there is nothing to worry about. so i think i will be away from internet . take some relaxing time, But it is a very good informative forum.

I also have another queston, while i am waiting for my result.
What can be itching arond my private area, no clou cange and no other symptms so far, just itching alot, specially during day,

my white tongue is because of fungal infection , so i am given medicine by a doctor for that.
still big Tonsile, and the doctor said she does not recognize what it is, have to wait for STD rsults.
anyway, i live in Sweden and the medical system is too poor here,
i had my encounter in Germany.

What can be small ulcer in mouth that comes and disapear in two or three days, spcially in the area between gums and lips?No pain and no blod. just nder the skin.

Unprotected oral sew is low risk and most people don't even get tested from those exposures unless they start to develop symptoms. You had a protected affair with her and there is no risk from that. If you are concern about your symptoms, you can freely take some tests, not only to make sure that these aren't caused by stds but, to calm your anxiety as well.
