Sorry - forgot to add:

A strong, fishy odor is definitely an indicator of BV (like 2terrified said), but can be cause of a different STD/STI (hence suggestion getting the panel performed if you haven't already).

HOWEVER - I have been treated in the past for a UTI, and again, likely due to the antibiotics, developed BV as well (BV can be cause of a pH/flora imbalance just like YIs - Acidophilus will also aid in prevention of recurrence of BV).

Also -

If still experiencing discomfort when voiding, drink PLENTY of cranberry juice, or if you can't stomach it's taste, take a cranberry supplement (capsule form) with plenty of water.

I was focusing on the sexual aspect.  I forgot that you did say you got antibiotics for UTI.  Now I am ever more convinced as McMew said that it is thrush and yeast ailing you.   I hope if you try the natural remedies mentioned, they work for you.  It did not for me.  It is definitely safer and not as expensive as chemical treatment so, don't be afraid to give it a try.  But still get seen for proper diagnosis.

Willing to bet from the antibiotics you've developed both a vaginal yeast infection and oral thrush.  Antibiotics can mess with the amounts of good and bad bacteria found in both the vagina and mouth, which leave the pH/flora imbalanced.

Seconded what 2terrified said - you need to see your doctor and/or OBGYN for further treatment.  I would also suggest, if haven't performed already, getting a standard panel for STD/STIs.

In the meantime for relief, you can apply, externally, PLAIN yogurt to the vaginal area.  Eating yogurt would also provide relief for the tongue/mouth.

And for future ref - at any local pharmacy, you can purchase a probiotic called Acidophilus (basically yogurt in capsule form).  Take daily as a preventative in developing further infection.

The fish odor makes it sound like BV.  But BV is not classified as an std.  Only women get it and is much like a yeast infection which it sounds like you may have as well.  You should go to the doctor again so you know for sure.  You will have to be treated properly to get rid of what ever this is.  But know that it is not an std.  Oh, and is the inside of your mouth white and pasty?  That may be thrush.  If she had a yeast infection and you gave her oral, then it is possible.
