STI or anxiety, Issues after massage

I had a massage done by a female masseuse. She was nude and she used her hands on my genitals. She was very rough, initially used some oil and at once there was no lube too. From the next day I started getting itching sensation on the tip of my penis lasted for a couple of days and then was ok for 2 days. 5 days later i saw a few small white spots on the head, inner gland area. I started to get some pricking sensation in my urethra. I went to a urologist who gave me antibiotics for it suspecting it to be a uti. I did explain the story and he assured me of no chance to contract an STI. May be my anxiety, after the antibiotics course i felt ok for a day then again the same feeling. I also had developed a lymph node swelling near the groin thigh joining area. I had it a small before the massage itself but now its a little big and stone hard. I went to another doc and did  a uti examination, culture was negative although a few puss cells. I am on a different antibiotic now. I keep feeling like something is going to come or urinating feeling. No discharge of any sort. May be my anxiety day and night about it is causing this.can i get an sti incase the masseuse had touched or scratched her vagina and touched my penis with her fluid on it. I am literally going nuts as its 4 weeks for now. appreciate a reply from a qualified doctor at tge earliest.

It's not an std, so relax. It could have been that your body didn't like the lube/oil and was attacking it. That would explain the tingling at your tip, and possibly swelling/white spots. Once you felt that, your genitally focussed anxiety kicked in, and is causing you to overreact to normal body sensations that would otherwise be ignored.

Relax. Forget about it. You've been checked, taken antibiotics under prescription, and most certainly didn't have an std to begin with. So, you're totally fine. Move on.

thanks for your reply. If its the lube could the problem last for this long. its almost a month now. Any knowledge of it in your experience?
Dude , I received unprotected oral sex from a woman, and then she gave me handjob, after that I washed my penis with soap, and this irritated it.I have symptoms ongoing for 2 months now(just very little pain the tip if my penis, or a.k.a the opening). No discharge, no pain while urinating etc.Today I called my urologist and he told me not to worry about it and continue having sex.It is just allergic reaction I think, but since the penis is really sensitive, it might take some time to heal.I feel a bit more optimistic now.And it is just amazing how many people have this problem
