Scabs on foreskin, no STDs?

On Sept 13th, I had sex with a lady using a condom but she performed some oral on me unprotected.

On Oct 7th, I had sex with another lady using condom and she masturbated me using her saliva as lube.

On Oct 11th, I noticed two small scabs on my foreskin. Scared, I went to a dermatologist who said they could be herpes but wasn't sure. In case I had a yeast infection, he prescribed me doxycycline monohydrate as an antibiotic to take daily as well as Mupirocin ointment to apply to my penis to kill any fungus. Since then, I have been using both daily.

I also finally went to get tested for all possible STDs and nothing was detected. The scabs have healed and gone but my foreskin (not my penis) still tingles every now and then and often has a mild burning feeling.

What could be the cause of this, other than an STD? Given the test results, do I have a clean bill of health? Or have I been tested too early? When should i get tested again?

prior to 3 months 8 weeks is a good indicator but 3  months is conclusive as far as what you have since it dosent appear std related im not sure what it is.

Hi you would need to test for herpes to rule it out but considering that herpes outbreaks are most often painful blisters at first i would feel confortable its not herpes but just and inflammed area.

Thanks, Dave. I tested negative for both HSV1 and HSV2 using both IgG and IgM methods. However, the test was just a month after last sexual contact so maybe the test was too soon?

If just inflamed, how do I cure it?
And what caused the scabs?!?
