Scratchy throat and cobblestone after unprotected oral

Hello,
Ten days ago I preformed unprotected gay oral sex on a 22 y/o white male I met online. He denies any Std's and claims to test regularly. I have been risk free and tested clean for over a year previous to this exposure. Since the exposure ( during which I did swallow ejaculate ) Ive developed a scratchy throat and have noticed modedate "cobblestoning" on back of throat. Would like to know what STD (s) might cause these symptoms and how long I should wait to be tested (The window period for non HIV testing.)

Also, I realize this is NOT the HIV forum, but am I safe to assume this exposure is still considered an astronomically low risk for HIV? If its not appropriate to ask that here please disregard.

Thank you all!

Hi, you did not have any risk for HIV. Test for Gono and Chlamydia 5 days post exposure as these would be the bigger risks. Also if your sexually active have a igG herpes test as well for protect any future partners.
