Single bump

Hello. Three weeks after protected sex I got one very small red bump in my pubic region, it's very small and pink, I can't really tell if it's open or healed, it's so small. I didn't have any itching in the area at all and I think it appeared with an hour. Is it something I should be concerned about or just over examining my body?
