Single white bump

Hi guys, I've only have ever had sex with one person. And only unprotected once. However around a year ago a single tiny whitish flesh colored bump appeared in the middle part of my shaft, about half an inch from the base of the tip. When I am flaccid it is practice ally impossible to see or feel unless you're specifically looking for it. When I am erect it becomes hard and grows in length. There is no pain and no itching sensation and has not changed in over a year. I plan to see a doctor since I am curious as to what it is but I was wondering if by chance it could be a genital wart.
Thanks,
Fatcat
