Slight discomfort at the tip of penis

I'm 22 and had unprotected sex with a woman almost exactly a month ago who claimed to not have any STDS. Around 3 days ago I started to notice a very slight discomfort in the tip of my penis. I wouldn't even consider it a pain really, maybe a 1 out of 10. It does however worsen from time to time, still never really becoming a 'pain' so to speak but the regular sensation remains most of the time. I have no other symptoms, no redness, sores, or any kind of discharge. I don't have pain when urinating and it hasn't become more/less frequent. Nor have I had any unusual changes in my diet.  I have never been tested for any STD. Can anyone help me with this or has anyone experienced something similar? I'm trying not to worry to much about it but it's still bothersome. Any and all help is appreciated!

I agree with Vance, if you're not having any other symptoms, it's might not be anythin to worry about, but you did have unprotected sex so you better error on the safe side and get checked out.

Can tell you much, probably not a STD but why not get tested to rule out a STD?
