Small Spots on Penis

Approximately a month ago, I noticed a single small, raised spot on the head on my penis. It is neither painful nor does it itch but it does feel dry. Shortly thereafter, I noticed another spot, dryer still, along the corona of my penis. Recently, I noticed a few smaller spots forming along the corona on the other side and a small patch of dry skin on the pad of my index finger on the hand I tend to favor for masturbation. I have considered that it could be a reaction to the cocoa butter lotion I use when masturbating but I'm also concerned that it could be warts. As all of the photographic examples I have found of warts (and all other STDs) illustrate only the most extreme cases, it is difficult to tell. I have stopped using the cocoa butter lotion and am treating the spot on my finger as a wart, using aloe gel, as I have read it can be an effective treatment, but I am wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience. Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

Thank you. I will seek medical attention. It is a relief just to tell someone what is going on and hear that my worst fears probably won't be validated. I appreciate the feedback.

Bumps can be so many things, you would have to see a Dr. Most of the time bumps are not STD related.
