Small White Bumps

I have recently discovered a few small, hard, white bumps on the outside of my anus.  The bumps are painless and I can't tell they are there until I shower.  I pulled one off, thinking it was a pimple, and it caused bleeding --naturally.  The bump was relatively "clear" and didn't contain any puss or the like.  I am an 18 yr old gay male and have only been with 1 person.  I have recently been tested and am negative for HIV, herpes, syphilis, and a couple others I cant remember.  I don't have a rash anywhere but the area has been abnormally itchy.  This increase in "ichyness" could just be caused from the warm weather and increased sweat from running.  I don't believe this is an STD as my partner has never had any signs or symptoms of anything for the amount of time we have been together (Almost a year).  Any help and remedies would be greatly appreciated.  If you need anymore info, feel free to ask.

has your partner been tested for std's?

these could be normal bumps, hpv or even something caused by irritation. best thing to do is if they are still there monday, go and be seen.  Meanwhile you can try something as simple as soaking in the bathtub with epsom salts thrown in, cleanse the area with tucks pads ( you can also use them as a compress to help with itching ) or even just keep the area protected with a diaper rash ointment or aquaphor ointment.
