Small lumps on my shaft/scrotum

I'm an 18 year old male. These have been on my penis for about a month now, and they really don't bother me. There is no pain or itch, or even a smell. These are just small little bumps. On my scrotum, they appear at the base/around any pubic hair. I would have honestly thought that these were normal, but one day one of them "popped" and it was filled with pus.
If anybody could help me out with identifying the name/cause of this problem, I would be very greatful.

Also, if it helps in any way, I am a virgin and have never had anal/oral/vaginal sex.

if you are a virgin, they aren't a std.

go and be seen and find out what they are. we'd just be guessing.
