Small red bumps in public region very worried

I received oral sex from a stripper a little less than 4 weeks ago. I've been very worried ever since and have recently started to develop small red bumps in my pubes. They are very small and without looking very closely it just looks like a minor rash. They are not on hair follicles either they are between the hairs. I don't have anything on my penis, just about 7-10 small red bumps spread out from an inch below my belly button all the way down to right above my penis in my pubes. Worried it is genital herpes or syphilis? They aren't very painful and they don't have whiteheads they are slightly shiny very small red bumps. Anyways I've been freaking out for about 3-4 weeks now because my wife is pregnant and I don't want to pass anything to her and the baby. Detailed responses appreciated

So what do you think all the small red bumps are? No whiteheads and they don't really itch or anything.

Hi, any first time outbreaks from the oral would be on your shaft not the area your mentioning.
