Small red shiny bump on penis head...STD?

Hi there,

Over the last month or so I had unprotected sex with two partners.

About 2 days ago I noticed a small red spot on the tip of my penis, close to the edge/rim.

It has not changed much, if at all since then. There is no itch or pain. Just a small shiny red bump. Slightly, BARELY raises off the skin.

Im attempting to get to a doctor asap but am quite anxious in the mean time to find some answers. It doesn't look like any std pictures I've seen.

Worth adding that after a shower yesterday a dry layer of skin pealed off of it.

Thank you for any and all help.

Sounds to be friction related. Best to see a dermatologist, but i wouldn't be overly concerned
