Small white bumps on underside of upper penis shaft

Hi,

In the last month or two I noticed a group of three very small white bumps just underneath the glans of my penis (not on or around the edge) that just look like really small zits you might get on your face but they do not pop. This was around the time a doctor diagnosed me with molluscum contagiousum, which over a course of time have either grown or shrunk but these three small bumps have stayed around the same size. I had my molluscum bumps frozen off, but the doctor said those three didn't look like molluscum so she didn't freeze them. She mentioned she thought they were pearly papules, but from what I've heard those only occur around the edge of the glans, whereas mine are below it.

I'm just wondering if it is possible for papules to form anywhere other than the rim of the glans? I know that they are not fordyce bumps and I'm told they are not molluscum. Any advice as to what these things could be?? Thanks! :)

sounds like you should take a doctors advise since they have seen what you have. pearly papules normally occur on the rim of the head but can occur any where. If you're not confident in your first diagnosis then see another doctor or a dermatologist
