Sore Throat an STD?

19/M- I performed oral sex on a woman's vaginal area the other day, i dont recall if my sore throat was from before that or after that. I am almost possitive it was after the oral sex. My sore throat is not severe i just have trouble swallowing when drinking etc. Does this mean i have an STD? i am very nervous about the situation

No, often if someone gets oral gonorrhea you do not see symptoms and it is difficult to get it from a woman. I would not be too worried about it.
