Sore on buttock

I have been to 4 escorts in 4 months and used protection every time. Only 2 of those involved intercourse which didn’t last long. I received no unprotected oral. I have a small spot on my buttock which feels like a bite to touch. Could this be an STD?

If your sexual encounters were protected and you didn't have oral sex, there is no reason to thing you caught any STD. You should visit a dermatologist to give you  a proper diagnosis.

Thanks for your reply. I received oral sex but whilst wearing a condom. I did also have my testicles licked.
I am paranoid that I have contracted syphilis or HIV
I am concerned it is a chancre
