Sore throat following Oral sex

3 days ago I performed unprotected oral sex on another guy. He didn't *** but i've now developed a sore throat and i'm worried that I might have pharyngeal gonorrheoa. My symptoms are basically the sore throat, aches, feverish-ness (if thats a word) and i've also developed what I would describe (following frantic google-ing) as balanoposthitis. I really only have two main questions:

1. What are the chances that this is Pharyngeal Gonorrhoea?

2. Can it be passed on by kissing?

Thanks in advance

Gonnorhea of the throat is usually asymptomatic.  Why not visit your doctor & inquire?  Most likely any antibiotic he gives you to clear your sore throat will rid any std.  Oral gonnorhea is possible but nothing that can't be cured.

It's far more likely to be a viral illness or strep throat than a std related sore throat.

Next time perform oral sex over a condom so you don't have to worry about it so much.  You can buy flavored ones and you can also buy flavored lube which both help a little with that latex taste.
