if a male had an encounter with stranger female with deep french kissing and unprotected oral sex, her on him, approximately 4 weeks ago, at 3 weeks had a test for all stds and it came negative, 4 weeks later the male gets sore throat. Could that be Gonnerhea or hepres?

You are worrying for nothing.  Kissing will not spread gonorrhea.

And no, a urine test will not detect oral gonorrhea.

Since you do have some oral symptoms, you should see your doctor.  If it is an std, its not from this encounter.  You didn't give her oral sex.

I also had a milky film on my tongue which went away by scaping and brushing my teeth. Saliva seems thicker.

I had a mild sore throat for about 4 days now. It doesnt get better or worse.  It is 4.5 weeks post the encounter (being simply deep french kissing and receiving oral). I didnt know that that female also performed other unprotected oral on multiple males.  My urine test at 3 weeks was negative.  Should I be concerned I may have G?

Is a urine test capable of detecting Gonnerhea in the throat after 3 weeks of possible exposure?

Its doubtful.  You didn't give her oral.

Its probably the same cold that many people have.
