Sore tongue for some days.....please advice

Hi Doctor i had a protected vaginal intercourse with a prostitute( may be for around 20 seconds only) two weeks back and i was feeling some tingling/ burning sensation on my penis from the next day but it wasnt hurting while i pee. now, i dont feel any sensation but i have a sore tongue which appeared 3 days back and it seems its healing a bit but the sore is still there. So can someone please let me know if there is any chance of sexual disease i might have contracted basing on my symptoms? i'm worried.....Thanks in advance!

Hello, i want to ask something again.. the  canker sore on my tongue is already healed after 3 or 4 days but there is another sore just between my tongue and the lower jaw bone teeth ( i dont know how to describe) And i also want to add that the sores on my mouth happened in the past too and i dont have a good dental health. its almost 25 days now after my protected exposure with the pro and i was just wondering if those sores are in anyway related to the early symptoms of HIV/STD or it is only related to my dental health? can someone please help me out here?
