Std? Or some pimples?

Hi, I have developed a rash which has grown slowly over the last 3 weeks it has begun in my happy trail and has deseminated to some areas covered by pubic hair and the shaft of my penis a couple but not a lot. It is mostly concentrated in the prepubic region. A picture of it can be seen here http://imgur.com/1pGVbWr

6 weeks ago I had sex with a new partner

This doesn't sound like any STD. It is typical for folliculitis or similar bacterial skin infection, especially if it's in an area you shave. Sometimes a prescription antibiotic is needed; see a doctor.
