Std symptom after fellatio?

Six days ago I created a situation for myself: unprotected exposure of my penis to oral sex for a few minutes by a sex worker  (a highly impulsive action for which I am seeking help as well). She did not appear to have any open sores, but I cannot be certain.

Immediately after I came to my senses and started panicking. I pulled out a can of benzalkonium chloride hand sanitizer foam, and wiped myself down with it. I walked away from the scene and a minute or two later opened the tip of urethra and put a shot of foam on it too and wiped everything around down again with more foam.

I came home and read up about the possibilities of various STD's - hsv1 or hsv2 have me the most worried, although I will get a full panel of tests in time. Someone else in my house had started to get what seemed to be norovirus a day after my indiscretion, and I seemed to get it a day after them but just stomach cramps, loose bowels, fever/chills, slight wooziness, and no vomiting.

The day after exposure I noticed a single itch/tingle inside the urethra tip, that lasted a half hour or so, when it was around 9pm. I attributed it to possibly the sanitizer, but it went away. It has repeated like this at night, at slightly earlier times, up until now, so I don't think it is the sanitizer. There are no visible lesions as of yet, and the sensation doesn't persist.

I am concerned that it could be a prodrome indicator of a herpes infection. Is this likely? Or implausible unlikely?

Running the math says it is unlikely, even though what I did was stupid (assuming 80% of sex workers have hsv, and a 4% transmission rate when there are no open sores, is just a little over a 3 in 100 chance). But I still worry, and I plan on blood testing as soon as it makes sense to do so, and watch for lesions in the meantime.
